Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery Time

As we have several different warehouses for different product lines situated across the globe, all your items are packed separately and not as a single package. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So, you will probably receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once! :-) you’ll receive all your items but individually in separate packages.
This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass on to you, our customer and that is why we are able to provide quality products at such great prices to our customers.

Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks for UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy and Germany. You can rest assured that your order will be certainly delivered to you in a timely manner.

SHIPPING CHARGES : There are products in our store with free shipping option. Some products have shipping cost due to nature and weight of the product. We charge £2.97 for upto 1 kg weight and £3.97 for fasttrack shipping for upto 1 kg weight.

During Black Friday, Chinese New Year and Christmas time it might be delayed by another 1 to 2 weeks. After that, you are still biting your nails impatiently waiting for that package, don't fret, just email us at(email) with any order issues and we will get that package in your hands as soon as we can.

We are also an environmentally friendly enterprise trying to use as little packaging as possible while still ensuring good protection for your orders, so your package may not be pretty, but what your item definitely is!
